One large can of pork and beans in tomato sauce

Brown Sugar

Yellow Mustard


Pour beans into slow cooker. Add one cup of brown sugar, yellow mustard, and ketchup. Stir and then cook for three hours.

Add more brown sugar, yellow mustard, and ketchup to taste. Cook for another hour. Then serve in attractive microwaveable bowl.

Slow Cooker BBQ

One good cut of roast beef



One jar of your favorite BBQ Sauce

Wash beef and slice into two inch squares. Place beef in slow cooker and add enough water to fill the cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook beef for six hours or until meat is done. Drain water and remove beef from cooker. With fingers, shred beef, then return beef to slow cooker. Pour in BBQ Sauce and cook for another hour. Serve while hot.
